I had a great experience at this 4-star hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The location of this hotel is superb, right in the heart of the city center on a busy Indonesian highway. It's conveniently close to two main malls, offering plenty of food and shopping options. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amenities like a mini-bar, sitting area, and free toiletries. I also appreciated the electric kettle provided in the room. The dining options at this venue were excellent, with a variety of delicious dishes to choose from. The hotel staff were attentive and made sure I had everything I needed. Additionally, the leisure facilities, including the Wi-Fi access, were top-notch.
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The hotel is conveniently located near Charitas hospital and Pagi sore restaurant. the room and bathroom are quite spacious and functional. the service is okay, and the breakfast is average.
The hotel is quite old, with limited maintenance and facilities, which does not match its advertised 4-star rating.

I spent my Christmas holiday in a hotel that seemed to offer great facilities. The rooms were quite spacious and provided a comfortable bed to rest in. the hotel was centrally located near popular landmarks and malls. This aspect made getting around the city a lot easier. Lastly, the swimming pool and gym were perfect for my morning exercise routine.
Despite the initial impression, the hotel was not without its fair share of downsides. The interiors were outdated and in dire need of renovation.

Spent a weekend at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised. The staff was delightful and check-in was a breeze. The room was quite spacious and offered a beautiful view of the city at night. The breakfast buffet was great and had a variety of delicious options to choose from. The location was conveniently situated near restaurants and shopping malls for easy access.
The hotel is in need of some renovations as parts of it are showing signs of wear and tear. The gym was closed during my stay and the pool area could use some sprucing up. The WiFi signal was not strong enough to support multiple devices and the air conditioning in the room had trouble maintaining a consistent temperature. my stay was enjoyable and I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.
